Guide Carlos Liendo just called from his sat phone to say that they are all ok and moving to Camp II. This means they are crossing the 5000 m of altitude, to get to the 18000 ft camp. Although the strong winds of the last days broke one of their tents, Johny and the guides are fine and having a good climb. I attach a picture from a previous trip.
